Privacy Policy

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe how any data that you may send via the Internet to the website of Saxo Bank (Switzerland) SA (hereafter the "Website" and the "Bank" respectively) is treated and to explain all the reasonable precautions of the Bank to keep the data secure.

Data transfer to the Bank and trans-border data flows

The Bank accepts no liability for the security of the data whilst in transit via the Internet to the Bank.

The Bank will only disclose your personal data to other third partie, if compelled to do so for legal or regulatory purposes.
